We have recently settled a loan through Assured Lending and have nothing but praise for their service, communication and professionalism. It became apparent from our initial contact that they have a wealth of experience and industry knowledge. Its been a long journey for us as we worked through various challenges that came from the building and planning permissions processes and some of these things in turn slightly complicated the finance side. It was great to have an advocate and someone working for you and on your side at these times. I’m sure if we were working with a bank directly we would have been left in the too hard basket. Great job Assured – we would recommend you any day.

Amanda was the positive, bubbly, nothing’s too hard, reassuring voice on the end of the phone every step of the way. Quintin was very helpful in all of the steps it takes for securing the home loan that was right for me. He is a very professional, articulate person that that made each process moving through the mortgage a dream. I have bought a few properties over time and done the home loan myself through a few different banks only to find myself frustrated with anxiety levels through the roof, none of this with Assured Lending, each step taken was easy with Quintin guiding me every step of the way.

Amanda not only helped me and my husband get a loan but she also willingly supported us through the other aspects of buying our first home such as speaking to real estate agents when required. There were a few times when she gave us timely and practical advice that prevented me and my husband from making mistakes (e.g. not divulging to agents the pre-approved loan amount and when to engage the services of a conveyancer). She was readily available through the phone, SMS or email. She is well organised and made the paperwork easy for us. If there was one thing we did right in the process, it was choosing Amanda as our broker. I could not ask anything more from Amanda, the level of service she provided to us was exceptional.

From the first moment I spoke to Amanda, she was both personable and professional. She was efficient, knowledgeable, readily contactable, and she delivered! I now have a home loan at less than half the rate I was previously paying. I cannot thank her enough. Assured Lending is by a million miles, the best Mortgage Broker Company I’ve ever used.

Quintin is an absolute professional in all that he did for us. His customer service in particular was outstanding, he went above and beyond what I expected. This is not the first time I have used Assured Lending and have no problem recommending the service to anyone looking for finance.
