Quintin Hampshire
Hi, I’m Quintin Hampshire, Founder and CEO of Assured Lending Finance & Mortgage Brokers. I first became a Mortgage Broker after trying to purchase my own home in 2000. I was surprised at the limited amount of support and high quality advice that was available to home buyers back then. Having been in the customer service industry for many years, I was of a mindset that the customers needs should come first and I believed that if an individual or a company could exceed the expectations of their clients, they would be successful, a philosophy I have always worked by.
Over the years I gained invaluable experience in the finance industry, working for some of Australia’s biggest banks, lenders and mortgage brokers, including Westpac, Rams, Aussie Home Loans & LJ Hooker Home Loans. With this experience and my love for helping people, I established Assured Lending Mortgage Brokers. I take great pride in the personalised customer service and integrity my entire team provide, and as a result, we have distinguished ourselves from other brokers and earned a reputation for being honest, reliable and efficient property finance experts.
Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than being able to tell my customers their loan has been approved and they are on their way to reaching their financial & real estate aspirations.
I am a Justice of the Peace (JP) in and for the state of NSW, Registration No. 216006. I hold a Diploma in Mortgage Broking & Finance and a Diploma in Commercial Lending, I am also a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (#122451) and the Credit & Investments Ombudsman (#M0028185). I am a credit representative (387962) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760 (Australian Credit Licence 391237).

Amanda Hampshire
Hi, I’m Amanda Hampshire, joint Owner & Mortgage Broker at Assured Lending. As an owner of our local, family run business, my priority is to provide the best advice and support possible to help our clients make informed decisions about their financial future and achieve their goals. Nothing is more rewarding for me, than to see my clients happy and excited when I get their loan approved to finance their next dream.
I have lived in the Sydney area my entire life so I understand the needs of local families and the ever changing local housing market.
I have been in the mortgage broking / home loan industry since 2013. My speciality is walking with my customers, step by step through the entire home loan process, ensuring they are informed and confident with the decision they are making for their future.
When I am not working in the business, my passion is my family and the local community. I am extremely involved in volunteer work with multiple charity organisations which include the NSW Cancer Council, Ready 2 Change, Days for Girls, Aussi Bangla Smile and Mama Lanas Community Foundation.
I hold a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking. I am a member of the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (#566139) and the Credit & Investments Ombudsman (#M0028185). I am a credit representative (501997) of BLSSA Pty Ltd ACN 117 651 760 (Australian Credit Licence 391237).
