Existing Customer Referral Program

Recommend us to your friends & family and if they get a loan settled through our services, which is $300,000 or more, we will send you a $500 pre-paid debit Mastercard as a thank you.

Terms & Conditions

  • Referral program applies exclusively to existing clients of Assured Lending Mortgage Brokers.
  • Referral program is an ongoing offer that has no expiry date.
  • All referrals must be new clients to Assured Lending Mortgage Brokers and will not be classified as referrals if Assured Lending Mortgage Brokers have an existing relationship with clients or have previously provided support or other services to that client.
  • Only one referral payment, valued at $500, will be made for each new valid referral that proceeds to settlement. Subsequent loan services received will not qualify for an additional payment.
  • Where a loan is for two or more applicants, only one referral payment will be paid.
  • Referral payment will only be made after the referred clients loan settles for a minimum loan amount of $300,000.
  • Referral payment will not be made if any of the following events occur: loan does not proceed to settlement, loan is declined, loan amount is less than $300,000.
  • Payment will be made in the form of a prepaid debit Master card or an Australian Store Gift Card valued at $500, this is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
  • Referrers should remember it is their responsibility to ensure that Gift Cards are used before the expiry date.
  • Debit Master Cards or Store Gift Cards will be sent by Australia Post mail. Once the gift card has been received, Assured Lending Mortgage Brokers are deemed to have fulfilled their obligations to the referrer and no further claim will be accepted.
