Medium Manly property prices for the first quarter of 2023 will be available at the end of April. Housing data has shown that March 2023 was the first month national home values increased since April 2022. Manly was named by Captain Arthur Phillip for the Indigenous people living there, stating that “their confidence and manly behavior made me give the name of Manly Cove to this place”.
